I don’t mind it. It give me something to listen to while I’m at work tomorrow.
It’s actually worth the listen. The first two hours isn’t even about battle rap. It’s about the industry. Cardan was Mase artist and ended up writing a lot of big hit records for Nelly, Britney Spears, etc. he got into stories about Mase and Cam, ghostwriting for Junior Mafia, Jay beef with Meeno and Mase, etc. it’s actually really dope.
Ain’t it normally like that, tho? They’ll talk about a lot of other shyt and then get around to battle rap? Or they’ll open the show with battle rap and get into other shyt?
Sometimes one way. Sometimes the other. The show isn't REALLY about battle rap, there just happens to always be multiple battle rappers there, so it inevitably comes up.
