Its good and bad thing. I think you are right about the saturation. However, at least, they are learning to capitalize or expand on their presence in battle rap. Cortez and Ars got their clothing lines poppin' now. Math obviously is killin' the podcast game in battle rap. They're learning its more than the music and battle rapping that can put themselves in great positions for the future.
The funniest thing Arsonal ever said was, in his battle with Ice, when he said some shyt about Ice battling on UW, so he knows Ice's real age, don't make him expose it lol.

It was looking like Showoff was gone, but now ARP is desperate and must've gave Showoff the biggest bag of his life, so he's back. Hell, even Soul Khan came back. Conceited talking about coming back. Cassidy came back lol (a stretch I know). Nobody quits battle rap.
This is just speculation, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Ahdi played a role in getting Showoff to battle again. These guys were real cool. I remember Ahdi saying before he went in that Showoff was his favorites battle rapper.
