The Twork thing in-of-itself isn't a fireable offense, technically. But Norbes hasn't been liked by most in the battle rap community for his pompous attitude, him making PGs pay him for battles, purposely blocking people from battles and opportunities on URL, bragging about sleeping with numerous battle rap females, down talking battlers, etc. A lot of unbecoming behavior for someone who is an "executive" in the URL business. And as Flyest stated, once he left the home base, he no longer was valuable to URL, and not worth the headache he caused. I honestly think he only was around for this long because Smack and Beasley personally like him. That's why a lot of people aren't feeling bad for him right now.

A lotta PGs also didn’t like him because he was always being WILD disrespectful to them on the radio

The show when verb was on the show talking about when Jesse Rican met him in person was one of the only shows I think I listened to multiple times it was so classic
