its a tricky situation

i for one, take accusations very seriously. whenever a woman goes that far to say a man assaulted her, i take it seriously because i know from fam and friends how difficult that decision is to come forward not only out of the embarrassment of the person being accused but its also opening a closet on that womans own personal life that she might rather keep private.

but i also know there are women who will deliberately lie about being raped. i got friends who have shown me text from women saying send them a certain amount of money or they will tell everyone they were raped or beaten by them. one friend of mine played a recording of a woman saying she will tell everyone he molested her daughter if he dont pay for her trip. her on the recording saying who you think they go believe me or you and how her family is going to come and beat his ass.

its a dirty game out here. clout chasing and extortion is real.

i dont care that its over a year ago. what has me a bit more on math side is the fact the police didnt find any credibility in what she was saying, she didnt show any signs of rape in the rape kit and apparently she changed her story up which made the police tell her where at 1st she says it wasnt consensual but then oh it was consensual but then she said stop.

so now we getting to a really gray area here of when she is saying stop during the sexual encounter and you dont that is def rape, but how do you prove you really said stop? does that mean stop doing one thing but keep doing something else?

Rape is the worst of all crimes/accusations because it literally works both ways. Women legitimately get raped and when they say something a huge segment of the population automatically doesn't believe them. Innocent men get accused of rape and a huge segment of the population automatically believes they're guilty.
