Something about Tay's delivery and style is off to me, always has been. He has the same quality bars as a nice nikka, but about half the time, his bars sound forced. He pauses for reaction a lot and it seems to kill his cadence. Not saying he ain't nice, but maybe unpolished? He came different against Clips, and his second round vs Ill Will was fire.. seemed like he got a lot of confidence from the crowd.
If it was Tsu Surf instead of Rex:
