nikkas out here turning down free $25k paychecks. Mook could have went on there, spit a mixtape verse and have a nice college fund for his kids or whatever. These nikkas really think they're going to keep getting this top tier money.... there are a million battle rappers now, the vets are being phased out and surprise, no one buys your music Mook.

I actually understood why Mook did this though. He's just gonna wait until some lame comes along & gives him a big check, which I'm sure will happen. It's the same reason Lux waited. Your only as good as your last performance. All it takes is a loss & your stock goes down. He beat Lux convincingly. He should try to make as much as possible in his next battle.
You got people like Snoop that want to jump into battle rap because it's hot, but don't know any of the battle rappers. However, they all know Mook from the Smack DVD days. Therefore, Mook will get opportunities. Personally, I don't think Mook is entertaining enough to even give that nygga 25k. He's very effective at what he does, but he's extremely boring. He just sucks the life out of a battle.

nikkas gave cassidy 200k and his battle career is an urban legend why wouldn't mook think he can get way more than 25k? He just has to play the waiting game and keep himself relevant until it happens

Cass, Lush 1 and Diz all stated Cass got 200k [btw that 200k is for 2 opponents, depending on how good Cass does against Diz]
And i highly doubt Mook and Lux got 1K for TS seeing how they weren't apart of the actual tournament

We'll never get proof of how much anyone got paid but no one is denying that he got that. I'm pretty sure disaster got a good check for it too.
They say mook and lux got 30k for the TS battle.
