Im a rex fan when he's on his shyt so I can appreciate the simplistic style if it comes across the right way. I just don't know what Cass can do. You cant underestimate the difference in style from generation to generation. Hollow spoke about this last night on AFR matter of fact, I highly recommend that listen.

This generation is pretty much all Conceited/QP's sons (no pun). In Goodz era you couldn't do all that slow it down shyt because it wouldn't work when a nikka is in your face giving you 60 nonstop bars about how he'll kill everyone you love lol.

It's probably the best thing for Cass to be doing a non URL card first. Based on his reception at SM4, that nikka would have to go above and beyond to win that crowd... and we've seen enough times where a nikka comes with bars and gets booed beacuse of favoritism (ie Verb every single NY battle).

I can't even lie, I want the nikka to do well. I think it'd put a fire under a few nikkas, maybe get more crossover attempts.

I don't know why people think diz is going to kill Cass. Diz has always been overrated to me. Cass is going to be mad aggressive and he is going to surprise yall. Diz has lost almost all of his battles the last two years. He lost to Math, Rex, Verb, Cortez and Pat Stay. He had the best angle any battle rapper could have and still lost to Arcane.

I think Diz battle with math was debatable. Cass has a lot to prove tho. We have never seen Cass step into that ring
