People really just remember ur last battle. I dont fux with rex at all but i remember nikkas calling him the next best since sliced bread after that TS shyt. Now he is worse then prep or dot.

I don't consider Rex to be hot garbage, but even during the TS event it was obvious his victories were more due to his opponent choking and him being polished and excited. I think I remember like 2 of his bars from that whole series, but I certainly remember (and appreciate) that he was prepared and sharp. Overall, Rex seems like he uses the old battle rap style with better delivery and presence (and fan favoritism). Bar for bar, not even close to even some PG nikkas, but hey, he makes it work with the tools he got.

Personally, I don't replay his battles much.

Rex has been probably the most consistent battle rapper over the years, and his battle with Young ill is the goat 1 rounder.
That said, his replay value is pretty low.
