The answer is Clips. He built his legend off Tay Roc, disappeared, then came back to battle Verb on SM. Clips was top tier in an instant. He never had to grind his way up.

Since we speaking on Myers so much and how corny he is. I don't ever watch his battle and I can't stand when nikkas is dapping each other up and being all friendly on battles but I do respect when two battle rap nikkas go at it and at least acknowledge when somebody spit a hard line. Example: Tay Roc vs Ill Will.Tay Roc would say some ill hard shyt, i respected how Ill would acknowledge it during the battle or even when surf acknowledged that hitman by far b having the most consistent 1st rounders in this battle rap shyt. bottom line upfront, i respect when nikkas respect each others art form without dikk riding.
