BEEN tryna learn nikkas!

Lux himself admits he lost and nikkas still saying "But when? Cause i have a hard time believing he beat "this" lux"
:bryan:

it's true though, the younger lux compared to what he did 5 years ago to now is two totally different battle rappers no?

that's like saying jordan was good but didn't get better at his craft and become an entirely better player as years went on, both offensively and defensively

if rex beat him back when they was both youngin's then he got that, that's not what i'm debating lol

1) U do know that lux and rex battled long before lux vs miles right?....It was before Lux changed up whatever it was he had to change to become a more vicious battle rapper all the way across the board i.e. his battle with miles, i'm quite sure it was the lux that battled mook and the n!gga he was sparring with from his aces click, i can't remember the n!gga name but it's on youtube lol. Plus from what i've heard rex only won one round so i'mma stop you there.

Secondly, yeah everybody was doin they thing as well on the battle scene besides lux, and that has to do with what exactly?? Relevancy has nothing to do with what i said jack@ass lol!!!!. 2) Out of any battle at that time, Lux's battle with Miles was the one everybody latched on to the most, which is why everybody stole his lil' slogan sh!t and gestures, 98% of the n!ggas you named were in fight klub or out in philly doin' they own thing nobody gave a goat's left tit about how they rapped. Even when the philly style was taken you might as well throw Mook's "easy" in there too, but those only lasted for a second. You even had a couple cats that was in grindtime takin' lux's sh!t.

You name one person that was doing everything Lux did when he rapped against Miles, that brought the same caliber of punches, metaphors etc. etc. Yes Cass and Mook were the most watched but from a battle rapper's perspective where you got to be bar for bar in battle rap, People payed more attention to Lux's battle with Miles then anything else. He made a statement with that sh!t, if you can't recognize that you need to re-evaluate if you really about that battle rap life lol!!!!.

3)But anyways answer me this, why is that when lux get's mentioned in a conversation long before sm2 they refer back to that battle with Miles, and the 1st thing they say is "he was doing sh!t then, that we do now"...."what he did was ahead of it's time", or "he was on a level then that was years ahead of all of us, we just now doin' that sh!t" that's not setting a blueprint to you though?....That's not setting a standard for how to battle rap?

From Dizaster down to Yung Ill everybody has said the same sh!t.....we can debate about this til the keyboard keys get stuck, but facts are facts..

1) And you do know that the Mook that battled Lux wasnt the same Mook that battled Serius Jones or Young Hot right? Mook got WAYYYYY better after battling Lux and his bars and performance increased dramatically so what was your point about Rex? Rex beat your "god mc" of battle rap. Lux said it himself. It's hard for you to believe because you're stanning Loaded Lux and dont want to accept that your boy tasted defeat:ufdup:

2) Secondly, nobody latched on to Lux vs Miles...wtf are you talking about? Serius Jones vs Mook, Murda Mook vs Jae Millz, Serius Jones vs Jin were the 3 biggest battles of that time period easily with Cassidy vs Murda Mook being the most WANTED battle of the era....similar to us wanting Lux vs Hollow now.

Slogans??? lol nikkas in Philly ALWAYS had slogans and shyt before they battled. Even Neef from the Young Gunz would always says "Young Neef Buck...dont speak much, but keep the heat tucked" as his slogan. Also, Cassidy started that "Easy" shyt breh....not Mook. I'm sorry you only watched Smack DVDs breh, but I'm versatile and I watch battles from everywhere. Too many tapes and DVDs where out showing nikkas battling and the people I named where the ELITE of that era. People didnt care about how Philly nikkas rapped, but everyone was running around sounding like Cassidy and Philly rappers were the most aggressive in battles? lol Okay:whoo: Maybe you need to go back and watch an old Reed Dollaz battle when they were battling them VA nikkas.

3) Aint Lux say Head ICE was the greatest he ever heard spit? He said ICE was saying shyt that would kill nikkas now, wayyyyy back in the day. lol That's nostaglia breh. That's what that is. They overrating the past and even then it wasnt to long ago where it made what Lux was saying sound to much outdated. Ex. Cassidy's bars when he battled Freeway was better than shyt nikkas saying today, and that was 10 fukking years AGO!!!! The problem with that Lux vs Miles battle was that Miles was garbage in it, so it made Lux's bars stand out even more. And again, it's all opinion on how good his bars/wordplay/metaphors were. I think Lux was nice in that battle, but it wasnt no groundbreaking shyt that made him unbeatable, because the battle after that when he battled Mook, he was only okayish. He wasn't spitting no crazy shyt.

Stop overrating him like he's unbeatable and Randy the Nurse already gave him a L:heh:

In this Lux says him and Rex battled a bunch of times, but the 1st time they battled Rex beat him. So basically Lux took the lessons of defeat and beat Rex times after that

Negro i never said that Rex didn't beat Lux, i remember the footage of the harlem kings cypher and lux said rex got him....i just would like to know as a battle rap fan what lux did he face, was it the average lux that battled mook, or the lux that battle miles. If anything i give Rex that much more credit if he beat the Lux that actually became light years better then what he started out as. Keep in mind that was a battle a lot of us ain't know about until they both spoke on it unless you know cats that was there and could tell you about it

You honestly think most of that sh!t cass said to free was better then what most n!ggas spit now :gag:. It was hot for the era it dropped in, but nah son, cass wouldn't make it with that sh!t against quite a few people today.

Bruh you do you know the lux and mook battle was when they were both 18 or 19 right? :mindblown:. The miles battle was a few years later.

My point is that it was 10 years ago and some of the bars he dropped against Freeway is still nicer than bars nikkas spit today. That's how I look at Lux's battle vs Miles. Some of the shyt he said was nice, but he wouldn't beat a Yung Ill with them bars...ya know?:yeshrug:

The whole thing is that Lux aint no King of this battle shyt yet until he has more battles under his belt which we've seen. We just went through this Charlie Clips....now Lux is getting that treatment even though he doesnt have enough rounds to judge him on yet and I just wasnt impressed with his comeback battle against Calicoe:manny:

It's all opinion though.

it's funny you said ill because the only two people i could see giving lux fits is a focused yung ill mainly the 2nd round, because if you know ill....his niche is that 2nd round in every battle he been in, or a focused x-factor just because he's the only veteran/legend to some degree that's crazy with it when he's on his sh!t...i honestly thought x vs lux would of been a better match up then cal....he'd actually have somebody that's going to be a challenge bar for bar, or at least put up a better fight lmao!. Plus watchin' miles get killed it would be like rocky vs drago when apollo died :damn: <-- see what i did there? lol

Funny thing like you said, if you watch Miles 1st round, X-Factor is standing there with the hoodie on right behind Miles the whole time watching him being destroyed lol *remembers the look on Rocky's face as Apollo was getting battered from post to post by Drago*

My most anticipated battle right now is Bill Collector vs Tec 9.

Who yall got? I'm taking Bill because his bars are just better than Tec 9. They both have great performance and crowd control though.

both of them are damn near the same performance wise, aka funny as fukk....bill does have a slight edge bar wise, so i got it bill 2-1....i can almost guarantee Tech is gonna clown the sh!t out of him for that sh!t that happened, Bill might be in for a long night.

I wanna see O-Red vs X-Factor the most, to me that will be the battle of the night, i can't call it either one will get it 2-1. I can only speculate O-Red off the Calicoe battle because we never seen O-Red vs. Big Kannon from NOME2 (salute to smack for the continuous battle rap fukkery) and i'm damn near sure not judging him off the battle with chick on queen of the king.

X factor been on a tear other then the battle with Clips though
