if tech 9 letz bill collector catch a W off him with the ammo tech could bring in2 play (bill gettin stretched out by a pre-pubescent) then tech truly is done. technically speakin tech aint really shyt, but just off jokes and angles of attack, he should be able 2 zip bill up. that said bill is nicer than tech 2 me, so if he can stand the pressure then he might have a chance, but 2 any battler thats proficient in their craft, bill comin 2 the arena in his current condition would be like blood in the water in a pool full of sharks.............it should be easy money 4 tech
