I don't see how anyone can deny Diz beat Swave. that verse where he clowned Swave for being old, sonned the heckler, sonned DNA and sonned Cortez was absolutely epic. the fact that he did all of this in hostile territory made it even better

That's where I give Hollow his props, because of his ability to rebut on the fly. Most guys just rely on their bars hoping it'll get past not acknowledging specific disses, which Suge was doing in this case yet he walked right into it

most of the posters on the coli, besides HHR just don't really fukk with kotd/grindtime rappers, and Diz is pretty much the spokesman for that movement. I prefer URL rappers but I try to be as objective as possible. Diz annoys the hell outta me but he beat Swave. and Diz is one of the few rappers who actually gets better the angrier he gets. most rappers who were getting heckled like Diz was during that battle would fold under pressure. Diz will always get my respect for that performance
