Fair point, but I'm betting Mook felt a lot more comfortable battling his old buddy from Harlem for the second time on a cute little corporate show then he would be battling a new(er) dude on the URL stage.
Totally different environments ya know?
Really both of the battles Mook took in the modern era he probably knew he could win unless he totally fukked up. I don't think he'd be as confident going up against others, say Surf or Math
I think Cassidy/Mook set the example. If you trick someone into paying you $100k you better win the battle, no matter how boring it is. So write and plan accordingly.
With that said I don't think Mook is worried about Surf. Surf has a gang of dirt (#FreeBoom) and half of his bars dont even make sense. Mook's just going to little boy him to a easy win like he did Solomon. It will be boring but for $100k dude really can't be trying to slow it down and remix it.
The Math battle won't happen because URL considers him a liability. Unless Shady pays the bread I doubt we see Mook/Math.
