Rbe just released one of the better trailers ive seen in a long time. That validation trailer kind of gave me an old school feel where nyggas wanted to kill each other.I think I most often see the 1-2 shyt is with Hitman. But that I necessarily agreed, but I can understand someone feeling that way.
Some would say I 1-2 Burnshen back in my pg.
And some would say you wrong, Pause.

Nope can't agree at all on this breh.. Thru acknowledging the comparison, the bul BDOT has separated his Lane, and I'll say it, dropped more jewels and ether ridden bars than anything lux has done lately.. The annihilation of Fiji and the breakdown of the oft c00n mindset associated with military cats.. The history lesson in taking the white boy soul.. Even bringing personality to a battle and doing day better than day then setting him straight on his c00n act vs pat stay.. I'll take son's delivery and potential over this mumble mouth nygga lux any day.. Believe Dat
That might be true, but then you can write off any battle that you choke in or freestyle your way out of (since you didn't come with enough material). It might be something battle rappers might do but as a fan, I'm not gonna accept battlers fukking around cuz people pay money to see these people. That's why even though Daylyt is still one of my favorite battle rappers, I don't even bother defending dude anymore. Even though I know what to expect and get everything, at the end of the day, I would be tight if I went to a battle and didn't get a performance. A loss is a loss. How big of a loss a particular loss is ends up being a matter of opinion.
Rappers have to be accountable for what they put out and can't fault fans for having an opinion. Fans can say they think Arsonal is falling off because he keeps choking and/or his performances haven't impressed them. They can think Daylyt is wack because of the numerous gimmicks, what he portrays via vlad interviews, they think he's wack as a rapper and/or they think he's fallen off.
I know you didn't watch but it just came off like Flip was defending him cuz he knows him or has some kind of idea from being behind the scenes or something (or just speculation).

Vern definitely choked on purpose against one of those white boys on kotd. nikka only bought 2 rounds to that battle.
You brave for that, but low key, beyond the surface delivery and cadence, I do see a clear difference between BDot and Lux. I would say Lux is even more unorthodox with his rapping pattern. He has a lot of areas where he uses odd cadence and abrupt stop-and-starts to deliver a punch or concept. I also think Lux flat out requires that seconds/third/fourth listen before you even realize that some shyt was in his round. BDot's content, while "deep" in the sense that he hits deep topics and character flaws, is delivered in a more accessible way. Hits harder on that first listen (for me).
But if you someone who can't get past the fact that the packaging is undeniably similar, it's not going to matter. I personally don't care enough to dismiss BDot, but I understand people being a little put off by it. I think those people are probably a little more loyal to Lux as fans than I am.
