dude was too out there with saying he would beat Lux or that Lux lost but he made some good points imo
I mean honestly when he brought up harriet tubman I was kind of like
myself. This is a battle not a history lesson. Also he right that bed sheet drying line was such a mediocre punchline and nigggas acted like it was the shiiit but then the Calicoe line about tooth decay which was arguably best in the battle got nothing.
I also feel like "you gon get this work" which is just a catchphrase that Lux may have not even intended, is somehow raising his performance. Like we would rank Calicoes performance higher cause he said landslide or hollow cause he said sno dat, etc etc
Lux performance is dope but it IS getting severely overated. That shiit wont fly next battle Im telling you.

That tooth decay line made absolutely no sense. Why would a dentist put decay in someone's mouth? Wasn't even a top 5 line in the battle. Wasn't even Cal's best line.
Saying the Harriet Tubman line doesn't fit cause it's a rap battle really is illogical too. It's rap, you can bring up whatever you want. That's not a good argument

ok....for the last time, lux is not going to have the same performance in his next battle, it was all structured for Cal and him only lol.
re-watching the battle for the millionth time, lux honestly went light on this n!gga, his 1st round which was obviously used for his 2nd was feather type light....the decision to display actual lyrical skills, rather then sticking to the format we all know lux for which is punching the livin' sh!t out of you every 2 to 6 bars, it was risky because it started off "boring" with a "battle rap crowd" that expects you to punch every 2 to 4 bars, but it luckily panned out for him, he had enough hot lines to get the job done.
his official 2nd verse remains to be seen, he suppose to drop it today....we can assess from there if he actually turned it up and decided to kick Cal's @ss bar for bar
