I agree with Murder Mook to an extent. However entertaining Serious Jones was to a majority of people, is there any debating that he was spitting very basic rhymes? I am not arguing whether he won the battle or not. I may be wrong but I feel that i could do what he did and I am not talented at rhyming.

Already been discussed that serious Jones style aged badly when you compare it to what cats are doing now. Plus he was rusty. Mook just mad cause he called out the bull that mook spit in their battle that cats was fronting like it was hot shyt at the time.

But no one named mook or Solomon should talk about anyone else's battle being bad especially mook after bragging about getting 20k then being part in a battle that was so bad they had to disable the dislike button on it for a few days. Solomon is laying low, mook should do the same. Dude is officially a joke, highest paid legend and had the most sub par battle.

Thats what happened to all them Fresh Coast emcees /GT/KOTD/White battlers not from NY/East Coast, they all took the style that TheSaurus and Illmac had and basically ran it into the ground with overdosin on multi's not makin any sense (Yeah ok we can blame eminem for the multis thing, but in terms of this eras battle scene, TheSaurus & illmac got alot of lil b*stards run about not just in the US but in the world.

+ Its Serius style anyway so he can do it no problems and he has alot of lil b*stards runnin round aswell

Co sign. And I still think Serius Jones style of battling still holds up for him because he got the delivery and charisma to punctuate his humor; not everybody can go up there and spit what he spit and win the crowd over like he did.
