Chilla put on a clinic against prep
His performances against prep, Danny and math are God level
I think Danny got him, but the Prep & Math performances made me think he was really ready to jump to top tier.
But he got exposed a couple times after that. The Diz battle was just a terrible look. Then he went punch for punch with Saga in the first round of their battle (rewatch that round).... and I realized I was enjoying Saga more

Intimate setting, slight gas in the beginning and most importantly..
The crowd was quite when he was in his sequences which we haven't seen since JC vs Chilla or arguably Brizz vs ShowOff.
Being able to build your momentum in a sequences is one of the most important reasons why battlerap doesn't have the same "feel" as we grew up on
Imagine Verb goin into the Guardian Angel sequence right now.
Shyt woulda been stopped and ran back 3 times til he'd get to the Guardian Angel line.
Whereas how we've witnessed it he built all that momentum up til the Guardian Angel line that made it hit that much harder.
Just think about it.
Prolly 90% of the classic moments in battlerap we love were uninterrupted sequences..
That's why I think that Lionz Den crowd & environment is hands down the best environment. I don't remember anytime a battlers momentum was killed by the crowd. The early Smack joints were great too. Your cheering section on one side, mine on the other. You could see people visibly hating. You could spot at least 5 Jai type dudes on either side. Head Ice got into BEEF because he was in Rex's section, and was reacting to Math's lines. The crowd was into the battles, but there were no stoppages.
