I'm just going by their words. Shine said when they created NWX he was there from out the gate. Con is a part of NWX as an original founder and still is according to Shine. Clips is an affiliate but that's it.

Neither of us are totally wrong here.

The first wave was Con, DNA, Clips (who later declined), & K-Shine. I had no idea K-Shine was in the original wave though, and that's probably because he didn't hit the road with the other three when they would tour.
