How or why does the superior court "pick up charges" after the fact? Somebody school me real quick

I dunno, man. I think I read a comment somewhere that you can have old charges brought back up or something in the state of Georgia. I don't know how true that is but nikka......what the entire fukk......its a wrap for Chris.

The possession of a firearm by a convicted felon is an offense that may be prosecuted in either state or federal court. In federal court, the charge actually is the possession of a firearm or ammunition by a person who has been convicted of a crime that is punishable by a term of imprisonment exceeding one year (18 USC Section 922(g)(1)), and federal jurisdiction is proper if the firearm or any of its components has traveled in interstate commerce (that is, across state lines). All US Attorneys' Offices follow the "Petite Policy," which is an informal rule that the federal government will not prosecute a case that has already been prosecuted in state court. However, if the state court prosecution has not been concluded, the federal government will "adopt" the case from the state, usually pursuant to certain criteria (for example, the defendant has been convicted of one serious drug offense or violent crime in the past five years or two of either in the past ten years). Other reasons for the "adoption" may be that the state and federal agents have decided that you should be punished more severely (federal sentencing is usually more severe than state courts) or that federal law may be more lenient on the admission of evidence than state law under these particular circumstances.
this is referring to gun charges but i'm sure it's a similar model for a variety of felonies

If you watch the battle you can hear Red tell Surf "that means he watched it too" when Hollow flipped that Full House shyt. Idk if thats what they meant

And lets be real, would anybody REALLY be surprised if Red wrote for Surf? Alot of those Tsu sports bars sound like Red throwaways lol

So if Surf and Boom both wrote for Surf.....will the caping for Surf continue? Probably.

One of the dumbest rebuttals ever, because Hollow said he watched it, too, right before :dead:

You seen what happened with Surf and Danny. That was Drake and Meek in battlerap form.

These new fans don't care.

They don't care Surf was getting laughed at when he came in the game (Drake in the wheelchair)

They only know the shyt they get presented to them (Started From The Bottom)

Combine that with A-1 shyt talking, a entertainment and his Crip affiliation.

Sad to say, but these new fans don't care breh.

Surf, Prez, Ave, it's like mainstream rap right now where you got the heads that know what time it is.

Shyt won't change cause they got URL behind them (Apple)

Even Danny was exposed for ghostwriting for his wife. He lied about it, then ended up admitting it. So I just can't paint Danny as some type of martyr. He had his wife rapping JUST like him, and denied he had any involvement in putting her material together for at least a year and a half.
I just don't expect much integrity from these guys at this point.
For me, it's all about the presentation when they're up there on the stage. I don't know exactly how they came up with their material, but as long as they aren't stealing from other battlers I don't care that much anymore.
