Is Bodied getting released in theaters or is it being released straight to DVD/BluRay? Hearing Kid Twist (who wrote the script) and the cast talk about it on Avocado's show got me interested.

BDOT'S entire style was influenced by watching lux. The biting was so bad, that I couldn't even watch his earlier battles. Fortunately, with each battle he has, he sounds more and more like a guy that was simply influenced by lux as opposed to a straight up biter.
Battle rap is a sport and you have influence, it's a huge difference from being influenced and being a thief, and to be honest, the 3rd rd that b dot hung on that white boy that made world starr lux wouldn't even try to put together a round like that, it's not his style. I'm sure if you talk to lux he will tell you his influences are guys like ras Kas and Kool g rap. Does that mean lux stole something from them?

Breh you be creating these unwritten rules that you only believe in with battle rap. Just cause it's floating in your head don't make it fact smh lol

You right. I give bdot a pass cause I doubt these dudes be having more than 5 battles when they go on cam.

Spin: it's incredible that these guys can just stand in front of a crowd and go in :wow: that's why I chokes don't bother me. I've seen people forget their lines and die silently for 4 minutes straight.

Chess has to be up there. And Verb's stock fell too - though he did have a good showing against B Dot

Diz's stock never really drops. Ideally it should, but really it won't. Qleen's stock also won't drop. The NWX 2 on 2 is some of his best footage ever.

The following 8 deserve mention on any battle rap 2017 stock drop list

Chris Unbias - No explanation needed

T-Rex - He only gave us one round vs Shine, he no showed numerous battles, every interview with or involving him makes me think he needs some lifestyle changes, #grandchampion, he beefed with Mook, he turned 30 and decided that his gang deserved more promotion than all that people that he added to Dot Mobb.

Eurgh - Don't Flop is pretty much dead, Shotty Horroh is looking to start a league in the UK

Dougy - he has 4 battles on the Smack channel so he counts. He was set up lovely, but he totally blew his shot

Chess - URL has to set up secret battles in order to get him back on track, and he STILL fukks up

Ave - His momentum stopped completely after the stealing revelations. After being one of the hottest battlers on the planet a year ago, he's working his way back to respectability

QOTR - Man Debo got his face slapped on camera by one of his day ones. None of the dope matches involving females are on QOTR anymore. The fact that female vs male battles have gotten better seems to hurt them even more. I think a lot of the top females would rather just battle guys. The pay is probably better battling dudes too.

Pat Stay - He's just going through the motions now. His whole mystique is gone, right today Mike P will beat him in a 3 round battle on ANY platform.

There are two more that might need to go on here, but I'm not 100%

Jimz - I want to see how this plays out a little, but he stills gets an L. He always portrayed himself as more official than the average battle rapper, so I'm not going to allow him to hide this L behind his new Comedy Central persona.

Caps - might have done enough to put himself on this list too. I know he's going through some things, but his recent meltdown can't be swept under the rug. I'm sure 99% of the battlers that came out within the last few years are happy to see Tony Bro separate himself from Caps. Tony Bro was holding it down by himself, and was really starting to get into his groove. The problem is that any time he'd get into new battles, or other new developments with Caps or Drizzy on the line, 9 times outta 10 they'd either be unaware, or go into some crabby old man routine.

Californ-i-a by way of BK
Glu/Geechie is slowly becoming one of my favorite battles to go back and watch. No real air balls/cringe worthy moments, no long drawn out schemes, a lot of punches but doesn't get into over the top territory and not a long battle. Fun to watch.

I swear to God I seen it ten times lol. After that I rewatch Gotti vs Danny. I liked the Glu battle so much cause they both respected each other so much.

I know you like bdot, but this is ridiculous. Lux doesn't sound like ras kass or kool g rap. Bdot sounds like lux. Bdot can rap well, but he definitely bit Lux style.
