Maybe it’s just me, but Twork is way better in a small room compared to the big stage. The Smack Vol 1 small room vs JC caters to his intricate style far better than the Sunmwr Madness setting

But you gotta keep a stack that Twork has not always been “great” He has been responsible for choking, “jerseying” and has blessed us with wild reaches and has air balled at times. ( tear-a gay-shin/ interrogations” “tear a dactly/ teradactyl”

At times he hides his deficiencies behind his energy, hype and his ability to deliver a punchlines. He also (if you want to call it a skill) he sells the hell out of his punches ‘A la Surf/ Roc’ that can be a good thing tho

Twork is Prez' delivery with Chilla Jones' wordplay. Not a coincidence that both of them had a run and faded out right before Twork popped outta nowhere.

He had some airballs, but that doesn't mean he wasn't great back then.
He's Jersey'd which I think we all faulted him for.
But when you even got Lux, Mickey, JC etc giving you props for ya pen with constructive criticism
While having good delivery/performance you gotta give son props.

Most pen nikkas simply don't have that performance to go along with the bars,
That's why they get exposed standing in front of agression/performance

Lux is the GOAT pen nikka cause his performance is unmatched.
How much I dislike this nikka at this point, Daylyt is another rare talent being that he has performance to go along with his pen.

JC's been exposed for being "just a pen nikka" many times, and he's considered a great talent.

So when Twork came on same scene and showcased he had the performance to along with the pen. He deserved the praise, regardless if he shot some airballs tryna be original

Twork coulda spit his rounds vs Redd Handed to JC and he STILL woulda won
And that was his breakthrough battle ( yes he was gassed, but he was also great so it evens eachother out)
My point is, he was great BACK THEN, cause he was spitting the same way
