What happened with KOTD and Yung Ill?

I remember he no showed one of the Black Out cards...?? But I have no idea what went on behind the scenes.

I think Avocado spoke on it.

They didn’t actually confirm anything before announcing that Yung Ill was gonna be on the card. They asked him, he said he would be up for it, then they announced him without drawing up any contracts and/or paying him.

Then weeks leading up to the event, they weren’t able to get a hold of him and rather than tell everyone that he was never actually contracted to battle, they made it seem like he no showed.

Why is sagas 3rd vs tink never talked about!? Going through a lot of battles for top 20 rounds this year and I forgot all about this classic 3rd.

KOTD isn’t really talked about like that on this forum and their bad business practices have already been exposed. They will never get as much shyt as the URL because they are not the biggest platform.
