Well, first...lets hope Surf can get thru all 3 rounds of a battle without a "Jersey" or running out of steam. And see if Jay Blac will criticize that, too.
Yep. I agree. I think this is part of my reason why I do not watch Blac too much. He has shown some bias towards Surf. Its like Rome having a platform and he never criticizes Twork; at least he put it out there though on his platform. Never seen Jay do that.
I mean, I'm not gonna say you should but its shyt like this that doesn't help battle rap out in the long run with the talent. I'm glad Surf is out. So, the obvious thing that will happen is him battling. And fans don't want to clearly admit but c'mon...the dude is cool for a round or two and then doesn't finish his food. Let's hope some time away helped him develop that so he doesn't hide behind the "URL baby" comment anymore.

There hasn't been anything to criticize about Surf because he hasn't battled since Champion started. We'll see how Champion is when they react to Surf's first battle back.
I'm a huge fan of Surf's talent. I just wish he went as hard as his fans do. Dude has to humble himself a little, no matter what.
At this point he needs to be at his best. There are no excuses now. You battle rap, you work on your music, you do whatever you want to do media-wise, and that's it. Work hard, stay free, you may be a household name in a few years. Not saying it will happen, but he has a fighting chance.
