Battle bars & Gun bars been hand an hand in Rap in general since forever there's no getting around that. Whether on a stage or in a Booth. You'd have to go back to the late 70's, early 80's to find a rapper not using a gun bar. Hell even KRS said a gun bar before. Possibly crossing the lines of bringing up a person's actual family members health matter and or death. Nah....that's not a part of battle rap.

Gun bars and mocking someones death is hand and hand. Period. Because nikkas BEEN doing it. Like you said. Late 90s (maybe 80s, definitely not 70s. Not in rap). I didn't make that way. Because their the two best battles out and that 1st battle was years ago. They had a debatable classic.. they need to do it again.

I'm good on Red vs Roc rematch. Kshine/Suge vs Roc makes a lot more sense. Red vs Roc's first battle was fine. No need for a rematch

There really is no need for rematches in battle rap if they’ve already battled in the current format. I view rematches as money moves.

Hollow & Arsonal is the only rematch I think of that makes sense.

Speaking of rematches, outside of clips/roc, what rematches have actually been good?

Somebody please tell me how Hollow v Ars makes more sense than the two best battlers today going at each other? You guys are too caught up in names. Y'all are dying to hear more filler from Ars? Dying to hear Hollow spit that corny shyt?

Red vs Roc would be a dog fight. It's the best battle you can make right now, period. Set it up Smack.

Hollow vs Ars makes sense because the first battle happened on Fight Club, which was a completely different format and there was controversy surrounding that battle (Ars recycling bars & being switched to battle Hollow at the last minute).

Unless the battle ended prematurely (scuffle, venue issues, extreme choking), no battle in the URL needs to be rematched.

As @wizworld said, Tez vs Red is a Fight Club rematch and we’re all looking forward to that so names isn’t a factor.

The main reason I even like that Ars vs. Hollow is going down is because it was a recycled verse by Ars that people caught. And I feel like to be fair to Hollow, he should have given him that in the first place.

Math vs. Dose was a good rematch and it was about the bars that time. Even though, the biggest deal was with the punch.

Others, I'm like eh, if it wasn't classic or close/debatable last time and it was a clear bodybag, whats the point in having the rematch?
