We really got to get into this Champion list.
First of all, $10k could have put on a nice card. I know it's his money but the more I think about it the more I don't agree with it. Red had round losing chokes in two battles, no way that was worthy of that much money when the #2 guy Roc was flawless on URL.
JC got dogged his last 9 rounds of the year and was #3 I think.
Top beat JC clearly and was ranked behind Geechi Gotti who lost all his URL battles.
Edit: Chef Trez went 0-2017 and was on the list!
Arsonal beat Lux and had a debatable with Roc and isn't on the list.
Chilla won 11 battles.
Brizz didn't get a mention.
And again, that $10k was given to the winner or UFF. You know... you had to battle right there on the spot for it. Blac giving away that much money for a yearly resume isn't a positive for battle rap. This will increase ducking, especially on platforms where people know the battle will get views.
He should have made them battle in the Champion studio for the money, just saying.

Honestly it’s the first year. Not sure what you’d expect.
They need to rank the battlers like I suggested earlier. How else are you gonna judge “strength of schedule” regarding their resumes?

Ars/Tay Roc happened in 2016 so it wouldn't have counted. Lux battle was debatable and he also lost to Chilla and QB, and had a wack battle with Iron last year
I agree JC fukked up his momentum and was placed to high. Alot of people saying even Rum Nitty beat him

It won’t increase ducking because the nikkas that only battled once or twice (Ars, Hollow, Lux) are nowhere to be found. Dudes must battle multiple times in order to be on the list.
The list also incentivizes battlers to not half ass when we pay to see them perform.
Besides this chunk of text, I agree with just about everything else you said.
If Lux is Brock Lesnar or Shao Kahn type of character, wouldn't a clear win over him make you one of the best?
