I mean, just generally speaking, Surf clearly sees Roc as his "lil'" homie more than anything, and that dynamic will probably never change. Add into it that Surf is naturally arrogant as fukk and Roc is a more humble personality type people probably look at it as Surf "sonning" Roc.
