O Red just did this with Brizz. The only person to call time at SV1.

How quickly do we forget.
Im not talkin specifically about time nikka :camby:

Im talkin about trying to set up some bullshyt before the battle even starts due to facing an opponent who could really put him in a bag if he doesnt bring heat

I aint forget nothin about vol 1. Foh

nikkas don’t realize the big stage battles bring the views. Damn near all of the the top 20 most viewed URL battles on YT are on a big stage (Webster Hall, Irving Plaza, Grammercy)

Facts. Like I've said before, SMACK vol 2 is perfect for

- Mediocre to washed vets to get their shyt together (a lot of the vets are deadly in a small room, like Clips, Rex, Goodz etc)
- hottest new upcoming talent (Especially punchers)
- Matches in general that we wouldn't necessarily want on the big stage, but would be good in a really small room (No one would've wanted the Ars/Hollow rematch on a Summer Madness, but on SMACK Vol series it's a headliner, Rex/Reed would be the same)

The big, important matches should always be on the big stage. Roc/Hitman, Mook/Surf, Roc/Con, etc should be on the big stage because those bring in the views.

Beasley also said originally T-Rex vs. Shine was gonna be on "My Brothers Keepers" card. They had DNA vs. Clips, Brizz vs. T-Top booked to go along with Rex/Shine. (This was 2016 when they skipped summer madness
U be listening to Rome’s series wit Beasley? Beasley stay dropping gems. The card also would've had Suge vs Surf

Nikkas dont realize views dont mean a damn thing anymore. Hence Url sudden shift to ppv. The only reason they making more money of SM then Smack vol2 is psychical attendance. Hell im not even sure they bring in more money with Nome SM etc. Either way YT cake is long gone.

Views are still a sign of interest. And even financially it's not completely worthles, you just don't earn as much anymore. and even that is based on your content

URL still making good money off YouTube.

Raw calculations they’re making a good 6k a month (after Youtube takes their 45% and government takes their 20%) if they have a CPM of $3. If it’s a CPM of $2 (which is about average), they’re still making 4.5K a month.

That’s enough to pay for a full battle per card. That comes in handy.

That's not a lot given they have over a 100s of battles running over a decade. I mean, it's nice to get passive recurring revenue but I expected & assumed it'd be much more
