Nobody is ducking Math lol. This dude really got y’all believing this shyt. Roc and Surf have damn near battled every name there is, and Math is the one they randomly chose to duck?
Not Cal, not Clips, not Hollow, not each other, not T Top or Brizz, not Hitman, not Conceited, Math is the one they’re afraid of? 
All those mentioned, save Hitman and maybe Clips, sound like easier matches for them than Math. Either way, how do you explain Surf not taking Math or Cortez for all those years if not ducking? My question is when was the time period where Surf should’ve took Math and he didn’t? Where he took a battle that would have been perceived as less than a Math battle? The point would make sense if Surf was going around and battling bums every week or something. Or if Math was in the position of being a battle to gain from or a guy to chase (which, as dope as he is, he isn’t). There’s a reason he was battling Snake Eyes a few months ago.

Though Surf’s BEEN losing, he’s standing in front of battlers that are better than Cortez. The dude got 30’d by A Ward, drove to Philly to try and defend the loss on Champion, shytted on the chosen Champion of the Year, and proceeded to get 30’d by him too
The two round method didn’t work against T Top and Nitty, but I bet it would against Mr. Bodega
