This loss didn’t even effect Mook’s stock like that. Despite what I may have thought of his performance, it seems many people were pleased with it. He’s been acting kind of silly after the battle.

He's just delusional. He has to acknowledge if he was REALLY in the mix, he would take some lumps. At the highest level of battle rap, you aren't gonna just go in there and 3-0 everyone. These guys out here are better than the competition he had growing up on camera.
Let's take Aye Verb. Despite how shaky he can be, we can agree he's one of the best battlers Mook has ever face, correct?
These lame nyggas Tech 9 & Mickey, "oh if Verb is struggling with NJT, what do you think will happen against Mook?" not knowing that the NJT that took Verb battled would SMOKE Mook.
Verb/NJT is a better battle than Mook/Verb by the way, but I realize it's not the bigger battle.
I applaud him for getting over on Iron & Lux. It's not his fault he got the absolute worse version of his opponents. Mook was so bad against Iron despite the win, Lux probably thought he could just go in there and ramble some shyt.

Mook didn't say nothing out the way about Roc at all....even as sad as Mook interview is in itself lol. He used him as an example of being viewed as great for so long, and in an instant people turn on you, say you lost, ya bars ain't hittin' like that no more. That's what I got out of it.

I guess I was lead to believe that if you reach out to Champion, and pay for their services, they would try to raise the Champion of the night pot specifically for the event they are hosting. They’ll promote the event on the their platform, host face offs the night before, commentate the event, provide the incentive they raised from the fans, and recap the event on Champions.
Obviously they didnt even attempt to raise any money for this event. However, perhaps that was not part of the deal. However, if there is a going to be a “Champion of the Night,” I would expect that to come from Jayblac’s brand.

You can tell them in private all day "Yo, you lost that", but battle rap is all opinion based, why shyt on your man in public to appease some fans you don't know? That doesn't make sense. Mook's interview basically said only he is able to judge battles because he told us what's hot and what's not lmao and we as fans can't tell him if a line is dope or not. So basically he wins every battle before it even starts.
