I don't believe the full service is made available to everyone, I'll concede that much to the conspiracy theorists.

That's an excellent pump fake, but why would you REALLY put your own money up? He didn't need to go through with it, now he's making himself look like a nut. It's not that serious to me either. I'm just basing it off my expectations, if I were a league owner looking to book Champion for an event.

From my point of view, this is less about Champion, and more of what I think of the new league owner.

I personally think this new league owner is a pushover, extremely naive, and nyggas can sense that. New league owners come in with this eagerness to please, and get played. All those battle rap nyggas played guys like Mr Fab, Teddy Grizzly, etc.This nygga proactively offered to pay COTN. That allows Jayblac to be like "okay cool, less work for me." The faceoff was kind of poor for the event. It is what it is man.

Hell, Chilla Jones explained on the new Battle Rap Arena that he intentionally would overprice a Born battle, because he had no interest in it. This is why it's never been booked. This dumbass league owner overpaid Chilla, & gave him an extra $500 for winning the battle. When he told Chilla he didn't have the funds for COTN, he gave him $200. Chilla spilt that $200 with the nygga that beat Mr Mill$. Chilla told him if you don't get me the rest of the money, there are gonna be problems. He then proceeded to send Chilla $800.

That league owner is soft. I give him maybe 3 events at the most.

How is it corny though? You’re not saying how. Battle rap is all opinion, so nobody really wins or loses anyway, so why would I get on camera and say my man lost to appease people I don’t know. I'm 50/50 about this whole thing. Not that you (or Roc or anybody that agree with Rock) are half wrong, it's just other ways of looking at it. Like you said battle rap is all opinionated. There are no numbers to dictate who won/who did this and that better. But ALOT of times WE forget that. And state who won, and get mad when we are opposed. So yea I can see Rocs frustration with Mook STATING he lost, but then again Tay Roc isnt the most objective guy himself. I guess I was lead to believe that if you reach out to Champion, and pay for their services, they would try to raise the Champion of the night pot specifically for the event they are hosting. They’ll promote the event on the their platform, host face offs the night before, commentate the event, provide the incentive they raised from the fans, and recap the event on Champions.

Obviously they didnt even attempt to raise any money for this event. However, perhaps that was not part of the deal. However, if there is a going to be a “Champion of the Night,” I would expect that to come from Jayblac’s brand.

Jay has no problem distancing himself from that, and saying it's on that league. There was no gofundme or anything involved. Chilla went directly at the league owners' neck for his $800 for a reason.

Champion had no involvement with the league's incentive, therefore the idea he gave $800 out of a COTY fund is kind of silly imo. It would not have hurt Champion's brand. All Jay has to do is get on camera, and say the league promised an incentive, that he had no involvement with, which is true.
