This card isn’t very good on paper. I knew ARP’s wave of “4 battle cards” could backfire, because all it takes is a couple of nyggas not showing up to completely ruin it.
However, it could exceed expectations, since I believe expectations are minimal at this point.

He sounds better over smoother beats where he doesn’t force his voice as much.
His I-95 freestyle was the best I’ve ever seen him use his voice, so the potential is there.

Surf clearly lacks the focus to succeed at the level he’s meant to succeed at. Hopefully he matured into that position before it’s too late, he’s still a pretty young guy.

He was mentored by Budden, and knows how to put together projects. He's able to get solid features on his projects. The women seem to fukk with him, and he's still young enough to appeal to the youth. It just doesn't make sense, but as you said, the focus isn't there.

Best of luck to him, but if Verb and Lux can't do it, I don't see it happening.
At least Jones tried to win and comes prepared. I'm really there for Math/Hollow, I expect some epic shyt. I just hope no one else stinks up the joint.

Best career decision K Shine ever made was walking away from Dot Mobb and sticking with NWX/linking up with DNA. Shine's career flourished when he stepped out of Rex's shadow
