Look at Bigg K nowadays. He damn near had that same "white boy look" that Iron Soloman had in their battle.
He still spits street shyt, but that "hood" feel he had when he completely came in the game is gone. You just knew he was one of those hood white boys in his first pg.
His believability isn't the same. I don't think it has anything to do with him improving his health either. It could just be growth or spending his years catering to that KOTD crowd. I don't know but it's just an observation.
