Why are new nyggas not capable of talking shyt like the old school nyggas? Cassidy, Jae Millz, Sire Castro, etc talk like they are the best nyggas in the world. You don’t hear new nyggas talk this shyt. I can’t even listen to an interview from a new nygga.

These guys were all aspiring rappers who were battling on Harlem & Bronx street corners + at the Fight Klub. The rival crews, the side bets, the cosigns from people in the industry, etc. It's a different type of environment entirely. They had to impress strangers.

Now these guys are sending in footage to battle leagues, hoping to get a look.

Also he soinds like he read one too many self help books or something. Talking about moving up and elevating, perception.. etc

I probably would have agreed with JR's perspective about 6 years ago, but you can't really front on Cortez nowadays. I can understand if he isn't your cup of tea, but he ain't trash.

JR has repeatedly said he would never battle, but maybe he would lowkey do it & figures Cortez would be the perfect opponent. This had a promo type of feel. I mean over 30 mins of bashing Cortez?

Is Angryfan a drug addict? This nygga can't remember anything. He can't recall any good Cortez battles or lines off the top of his head. When this nygga CAPS asked JR who would win between Ars/NJT if they were to battle, it just shows me CAPS is on something. I think 3 Letterman would have done a better job standing up for battle rap then CAPS did.

even on social media he comes across as one of those motivational dudes, lol one too many self help books,definitely get that vibe, but i also sometimes feel like well he was an addict, so if thats what made you become sober
