To be fair, they will likely cheat for any and everything because they just love battle rap. Roc/Pat had a great atmosphere. Twork might overpower the room though .

Overseas usually isn't too cool for school, they genuinely love and appreciate rappers and rap period. Over here nigs feel like they corny if they react too much or sumn. URL sees how awful these crowds be for a lot of big events, I think London was the right move, this battle should have that electricity and energy. Twork is gonna pander like crazy with the London references and shh!t, lol, he might blow the roof off of that building.

Yeah I can't front I'm BelovedHood all day, but I always said vs Twork on a big stage, he'll probably get Lux up out of there the first 2 rounds.
Lux gotta win the coin toss and wild out from the door, leave that 'feeling out the room' shyt at the house. This is Twork on a big stage, so he should prepare accordingly, or it's gonna get Ugly real quick in the building.

It's not about merit, it's about popularity...which translates to ticket sales/PPVs/streams/whatever the means of recouping then seeing some kind of profits are...unfortunately. Twork vs Lux is a huge battle in battle rap, huge deal, that's all URL cares about. Nobody isn't gonna watch because Twork chokes and no shows and takes money, lol, everybody is still gonna tune in and be excited af, so..

Yeah that can absolutely happen 100%.....I'm not arguing that, but you can't just automatically assume that's going to be the case if I'm Lux. You gotta call it for what it is, when that kid is flawless in his performance.

I would say it has nothing to do with London crowds, if anything they’re more appreciative of it.
Personally, I believe this specific matchup just shoulda been in the US.

I’m not mad at the battle bein in London. Their crowds are good.
Maybe it’s recency bias because of the Lux vs Nitty battle which I really loved.
Sidebar: Twork getting Lux before JC is an insult to the integrity of Battlerap.
He been choking, scamming and no-showing FOR YEARS.
The umpteenth example over the years of URL not caring about Culture (anymore) and continuing to spread self-damaging work culture.
This behavior has been the most harmful thing they’ve done to long-term Battlerap culture, as it has and continues to send the wrong message of what gets rewarded.

It is, but Jc put himself in that position. When you battle names of a higher status than you in battle rap, especially calling them out, while you still got Lux in your site your supposed to clip one of them at least 2-1 convincingly or at the most have a very debatable battle. He didn't do that vs Surf, Hollow, or Verb at all.
