Part of me thinks that “drunk caps” is his alter ego when he wanna get some shyt we’re all thinking off his chest. I.e. rants on roc, hitman, twork…but thats giving way too much mental/strategic credit to the guy.

Nah, nikka looks legit drunk as hell in the vids. He just a nikka that needs liquor to have the courage to say shyt to the battlers. That way he can fall back on the "I was drunk" shyt, if need be. He still lame as hell for faking like he was going to rehab.
