Danja literally said "we ghostwriters" in his battle against Lotta Zay during that classic 2nd round, it was a double entendre but that means he meant it to be taken like that

I thought it was weird no one addressed him saying that and wrote off as they helping female battlers which we already know was happening

The issue is the buyer of bars, which is Aye Verb.
All other finger pointing to ghostwriters is dishonest and not a new revelation in Hiphop or Battlerap in general.
The crime is and was always using another nikka bars.

Verb lame for being a legend and falling off so bad he had to get help from a guy who had to learn how to not look like a dork at 30, his spot in battle rap history is up for grabs cuz we dont know how long he's been doing this.nikkas out here tryna divert attention from Verb to Mickey Factz and Danja Zone, because they crushed their views about him

Danja lame for helping other nikkas look good when he knows damn well that same Verb would've spoken to him like a peon if he was still a major player in battlerap. But i can understand if he just is looking at it as a means to take care of himself and family giving people verses.
Mickey lame cuz he honestly should have better things to do than just arguing with the toxic ass battle world, every other notable artist distanced themselves the second they noticed most of these nikkas were dusty scam artists, for some reason he stayed.
There's no excuse why he isn't with Lupe rn tryna get rap accredited at Ivy league institutions, none, he didn't even try to take Royce spot on the pod after Lu bodied him. nikka put out his own diss to Royce and submerged himself in the battle rap media world. Purposely slumming it up because he feels like a OG with them while everyone else in rap treats him like a duck.
He shouldn't even be in any kind of situation with a damn Aye Verb or Danja Zone, nikka coulda been on Joe Budden podcast if he moved smarter
As indoctrinated as Surf is, it's crazy how he outmaneuvered everyone else in battle rap in terms of entertainment industry networking

my rule of thumb is if you cant stand on other people knowing about something you did then you're at fault as well, "secrets" in art creation are for things you aren't proud of doing OR your worried someone will steal ideas from you, and we know which one ghostwriting falls under

The rapper wants the writer to be ghosts, not the other way around.
To make it about ghostwriters fails to center the sin of having others write for you.
Same reason ppl don’t blame Nas for writing for Will Smith’s
“Gettin Jiggy Wit it” or Jay-Z writing for Dr Dre’s “Still DRE”.
But they do blame Drake for having ghostwriters.
The sin is on the buyer of bars and has always been.
I remember Smack had an interview about 15 years ago. I wish I could find it. He said the purpose of the platform was to showcase your talent, provide another avenue to make money, and network.
Battle rap has always been a stepping stone or supplemental income. It was never meant to be career. The issue has always been battlers trying to make it a career.
He also spoke on the networking benefits and how people all over the world meet through battle rap.
I’m not going to even get started on battlers piss poor networking. Only perhaps a handful have been to capitalize on it.

What are you talking about didn't mickey show proof wit the emails? Had he(danja) chose to go that route he could pull up receipts of everyone he's written for, it's written material, unless he wrote the shyt on a notepad in front of Verb and then handed it to him he's gonna have some drafts of the shyt somewhere. Wouldn't be no he say she say unless he wanted to leave it there.
And im not even saying he had to do that, im saying the nikka had a choice in the matter, so if people find him lame for doing it he just gotta eat that. Everybody aint rolling with ghost writers in battle rap, the objective isn't the same as a commercial song so your comparison aint hittin
You rap a battle round to show you are better rapper than the other person, having someone else pen it for you literally defeats the purpose of the whole shyt. We know Surf got a pass cuz nikkas is scared of him
Verb aint getting that graceA commercial song exists solely to make money via it's own popularity, it's not marketed as a head to head competition with another song writer over who writes the best.
If we found out any notable rapper penned Drakes disses to Kendrick he would've gotten fukking cooked for it right along with aubrey, because it was a battle, not just a commercial song. People held drake to writing his own lines once he started talking greasy about how nice he was to other rappers, he has more hits so he's more skilled than them, that opens the door to a battle and that's when authenticity starts becoming a conversation, beyond that there's no reason to give a fukk, dude's a pop star
And im not making it about the ghostwriter im just not absolving him of his role in it, verb cant have ghost written bars if no writers want to give him bars and keep it a secret, it just happened to be Danja, Verb cant force him to do something if he didn't want to, so he's complicit in making those Verb battles null and voided.
Verb lame for asking for it and danja lame for giving up bars knowing how it would look when it got exposed, im not calling it no sin, it's just lame
