Are you really concerned as to why we didn't get an A Ward battle?
Mad rude answering a question with a question, I thought we was cool

Battle didn't go down because the BR gods decided we've had to trudge though enough of A Warts trash raps.Mad rude answering a question with a question, I thought we was cool
Amazing post-to-username correlationWow. It’s been a minute.
I would ask what happened to battle rap but it’s the same trend in damn near every other industry right now. Lack of fresh faces and creativity or even new ideas being put on front street.
That’s where Norbes is sorely missed in the culture. Or at least someone like him that can recognize talent and platform it correctly.
Speaking of platforms, the lack of social media presence (viral content, clips, interviews, etc.) is another factor. To make stars you have to make them and their talent more visible and that hasn’t been done in a minute. Not consistently anyway.
Probably one of the reasons a lot of people are anticipating Surf’s return. One thing he knew how to do was market himself and sell a fight. Albeit controversial in some respects but he definitely got people talking.
podcaster beat up, wrestling belts taken, a random dude in a wheelchair rolling around unscathedThere's a "conservative" film production company that Ben Shapiro runs in SC that primarily works with "cancelled" actors they can hire for cheap, Johnathan Majors is currently working on some bullshyt movie with them right now.Seemed like that Killa tournament took like a year
As far as Verb, dude has lost his mind and needs some help.
Lol at T-Top being comfortable enough to book Clips, NJT, Chess, and a mentally ill Verb on a card.

I wouldn't be surprised if T-top decided to use that same strategy to build that card, all of them taking low amounts cuz they stock in the dirt
The incentive is getting money to rap when the industry is pretty dry right now, alot of these nikkas fall back to dumb crimes and weird sidejobs, im sure they'd prefer to battle even if it was a smaller amount. Njt be having warrants for the dumbest shyt imaginable if he goes too long without a battlePossibly, but then there’s no incentive for them to do the battle.
Ironically, ARP talked about this on a recent blog how booking top tiers for low money isn’t a good strategy.
every last one of them failed at the end of the day, no matter how you slice it, absolute bottom of the entertainment industry and filled with low level scam artist
"that aint no money forreal
"Unfortunately, these are some of the biggest names in battle rap. No doubt, T-Top got the homie discount and because he considers them friends and/or peers he probably thought they wouldn't leave him hanging like this. There's a "conservative" film production company that Ben Shapiro runs in SC that primarily works with "cancelled" actors they can hire for cheap, Johnathan Majors is currently working on some bullshyt movie with them right now.

I know people say that, but there's like 10-15 battlers that people get excited about. You can try to penalize battlers for no showing or choking but good luck selling a card without all those names. Battle rap fans are both beggars and choosers.shyt ain't gonna change until league owners start booming battlers' for no showing
