Now that the dust has settled! GIVE ME MY fukkING PROPS!! Im 100% 3/4. Lux Hollow was a classic, No other way to describe it!

I thought Daylyt took the 1st & 3rd rounds, but good call on the Calicoe W (scored it 2-1 myself). I think you're the only one that saw that coming lol

OK so after ordering the PPV yesterday and watching it start to finish, here are my thoughts

(disclaimer: I was twisted for most of it, so memory is a bit hazy)

Presentation

- Stream quality was extremely impressive
- Video was perfect
- Audio was good but not all the way there. It got a little annoying after a while "yo cut his mic" "turn me up, put my mic louder". Sound engineer should be on point and adjusting the levels/ cutting mics without being told to every battle
- Crowd was ass
- Jack Thriller was a shyt host, gave the PPV more of a bush league feel than it deserved
- The red carpet interviewers gave the show a nice touch but I can't say I was overly impressed with either one
- Arsonal did a nice job as co-host and keeping shyt on point

Battles

- B-Magic and Daylyt was thoroughly enjoyable. You could tell both have respect for each other, and both were masters in their own lane last night. This was a great look for Daylyt, I have a new found respect for him. To me Magic won but if you want to call it debatable then I can rock with that. Great example of two guys killing it in their own way

- Did anybody else have the audio drop for B-Magic/ Daylyt? I couldnt hear them as well as I could the others. Not sure if I was my speakers of if they were just lower than the rest of the card

- I thought O-Red and Hitman was debatable. O-Red showed up and when Hitman was on, he was on. Hitman's 3rd was funny but not specatular to me. First was bonkers. O-Red was consistent but the scratchy voice took a point or two off his score

- Calicoe was COOKING last night. I thought he would be respectable last night but he brought it to another level. Surf had a good first round and then lost his steam pretty quick. Cal 3-0 easily. Calicoe getting in dude's face was comedy. Is Cal retiring? Did he say something about this being last battle? It would be a good note to leave on but I hope he sticks around

- Loaded Lux vs Hollow was a classic. Late start, timed rounds, everything aside, it was still artwork. To me Hollow won, but I'll give Lux a round and say 2-1. But yo, Hollow was on some other shyt last night. There was something special in the air last night, knowing you were watching the GOAT battle live

Overall

It's a good look for UW, for everybody that battled, for the culture and for the fans. There was some kinks that UW need to work out, but for their first show on such a big scale, UW was on point last night. It reminded me of Wrestlemania 1. Probably one of the worst wrestlemanias overall, but ground breaking and classic in its own right. Once they nail it down and give the show some polish, UW will be the number one battle league and Smack will be WCW. I'd buy stock in UW right now if they could. That's not to say Smack will crash and burn, I just see them being second fiddle as the momentum for UW continues to increase

Well worth $30 to me, see you at the next ppv

Loaded Lux was a huge reason why people purchased this ppv. Curious how future ppv's will do without his name attached to it. You gotta come up with the right card to get people to spend money. Names bring money, but these top tier niiggas have fallen off.

I think UW is gonna use that rumored Arsonal-Mistah Fab battle for another PPV

Whoever throws the next event has to come WITH it. Matter of fact... The BATTLERS have to come with it. This card kept some hope alive for bigger moves in the culture. Salute to UW.

This was the best battle rap experience i've ever had. From buying bootleg smack dvds, to youtube, to this is just crazy. I was mesmerized like fukk yesterday, the whole ppv, crisp ass hd, commentary...shyt was legit. Pressure is on Smack, next event has to be AT LEAST as good as this. They gotta have ppv, time in between battles & overall event time needs to be minimal, cameras & audio need to be as good as UW. Anything less... :patrice: :camby:

Crazy shyt is.... The battles leaking early made the event CRAZIER for people. I spent my $30.00 and was happy.... But people are hype as hell about the event... A new energy... Biggest loser is Smack, I don't wanna take ANYTHING away from UW by mentioning URL but DAMN, URL looks shaky... They put in on PPV and probably knew it would get bootlegged, but they took that chance... shyt ended up working in their favor. It didn't matter that it leaked because the event was CRACK.

daylyt vs bmagic
daylyt lost his damn mind out there on the stage hes 1 of them dudes u have to listen to 5-10 times to understand follow n get a grasps on what hes talking about. b magic straight bars after bars he seemed more smooth here rather than the ill will battle. if im going by the battle idk even know if daylyt was even battling it was like he was def poetry jammin this dude but magic withstood it.

bars/battle bmagic 2-1
antics performance replayability remembrance daylyt 3-0
