I think I may have found myself a new favorite battle rapper. Dis nikka Charlie Clips is devouring this nikka whole right now. No napkin, no fork, no knife just straight swallowing this nikka like an anaconda. Just

Just got done watching Factor and he was straight but it was something missing from his performance.

Not absurd at all. All 3 were close. Hitman won round 1 clearly.
Also am i the only one that just can't get into Verb's style? Lyrically he cool but battle rap is more then just lyrics.
Anyway i got X 2-1.

Nah you right I like when nikkas get personal. which is why I dig Charlie Clips, Swave Sevah, Xfactor. Only Verb shyt I ever really fukked with was that 3rd round verse v. Holla
Am I the only one who doesnt necessarily judge it round by round. Like if a nikka straight bodies a nikka in a round (Verb 3rd verse v Holla, Xfactor 3rd v Verb), unless it was clear that the other person might have taken the rounds I gotta give it to the one who caught the body. For example I think it was Kshine v Tsu Surf, and I think K-shine had a mean 1st verse, the rest of the battle wasnt too memorable to me therefore a part of me leans towards Kshine but many ppl say Surf got it.
I can understand this, even though the Surf one I disagree with, Surf demolished him BADLY in round 2 and 3. It was memorable. Surf was so good those last two rounds and K-Shine was so awful, that it kinda disqualified that first. Plus Surf's rebuttal to start the second was classic
But I know what you mean, and kinda agree with that way of judging sometimes. Math/Rex is a good example of this.

I still stand by the fact that K-Shine first round vs Surf is the best opening verse in the history of URL.
However k shine next 2 verses were so bad and Surf's was actually going in on his next 2 verses that K Shine took that L.
If shine's last 2 rounds were even mediocre then he would of won clearly. But they were just trash.
Thats why hitman vs verb is so close in my opinion. All 3 of hitman's verses went in. Verb just delivered that ether on the 3rd round. The fact that vern went 2nd also helped cause that was the last thing the crowd heard during that battle.
First of all, the audio is a big problem. I know nikkas will tell me to stop complaining but I don't care. The fact that I can't hear a lot of bars because of shytty audio is inexcusable. X-Factor got the battle but I was a little underwhelmed aside from X's 3rd... that round won him the battle
Earl came to visit Verb but it wasn't nearly as bad as the twitter guys made it seem. Still surprising to see though. Verb better go in vs Rex.. these up and down performances are getting annoying

Yea that surf/kshine was a bad example
Why does Smack pay a 3 year old to run his audio and graphics.
One time audio was only on the left side, typical Stereo/Mono mistake.
Sometimes I think these guys copped the cheapest mics they can, run it through the sound system and then let the camera mic pick up the audio YOU end up hearin.
It ain't even hard to clean this up, a couple good decisions before the event could solve everything with a little post processing.
Sh*t I could clean up the existing audio even, but it doesn't seem like they try and/or care.

With direct audio from the mic'd opponents actually being mastered before release. With real post processin, and they get less views and make less money
Like c'mon Smack, Mr. Classic but all ya videos look and sound like it's 1999.
