I was actually disappointed that Lux didnt use that angle. he could off went off on how Hollow is bad for the culture because he perpetuates the stereotype and stops battle rappers from gettin deals and feeding there families. ...the way Lux would of broke it down would of been crazy.

I agree. Especially because Lux makes good music. That you goin get this work mixtape is fire. Surf could of used that same angle because his music is petty good as well. I mean hollow music is really bad. Hollow is still one of my favorite battle rappers though.

Anyway, Lux not getting a deal as you say, even though he puts out great music, could be attributed to labels not taking battle rappers serious. And Hollow is an excellent example of why, so your point doesn't really work.
