Basically said Mook did was he was suppose to do and took the W. And said he made a mistake by taking the more friendly approach and not getting as personal as he could have. And said next time he won't be as friendly. And basically just took his L, and said the fans there were not looking to break down rhymes and wanted instant gratification and he understands that, that's just not how he operates. And basically Ls are part of the process, you learn from them, adjust and carry on.

I don't hate k shine at all. But his last good battle was when he battled DNA and he turned into professor shine. The last time calico was good was when he bodied Math.

So why would we want to see 2 cats battle that haven't had even a debatable win in almost 2 years. Calico seems to not even care about battlin anymore. He was trash against Surf at UW also. Again why would any league want to headline those 2

Well to be fair, that is what they were looking for. Even Mook, Math, Goodz said the same thing about that crowd. It's not about an excuse it's about knowing your audience. Being lyrical isn't what they wanted to hear, they wanted straight to the point bars that nikkas can get right away. To me the interview didn't sound like any excuses, he took his L and said it's his fault that his material wasn't up to par.

But this is all after he got down with whoever he got down with. Before he used to just be a straight Hood nikka. He always was a little convoluted when he talked (even back in 2006) but not to this extreme.
