Because he sabotaged Jimmy at HHM at Chuck’s request and I think was cold towards Jimmy after Chuck died. He was also in on Chuck’s plot to get Jimmy arrested and disbarred.

It’s more about Kim, she has animosity towards him cause she had a crappy upbringing while Howard’s dad and Sauls bro started HHM. When howard dissed her about dating Jimmy that really enraged her, she also had feelings about HHM paying her way through school.

I’m on the ep where Howard’s partner confronted him in the Parking deck about the prostitute thing and when Saul finally opens up that new shop.

Lol…. Yea the petty for the sake of being petty is just pointless. I got people that I don’t care for…. Both in real like AND on the coli and even I just go about my way. As long as they don’t say shot to me, I keep it moving too.
