Yeah I enjoyed it. First time reading Detective in a long time. I only picked it up because I wanted to have the five issues leading to #1000 but if it stays good then I'll stick with it.Detective Comics was fantastic.
Very rarely does a book or run have me so enthralled by the first issue. And as much as I loved Tynion's run, it feels good to see Batman doing actual detective work.
Finally a Batman book I can enjoy reading again

I am liking the lineup for Donny Cates' new Guardians of the Galaxy book that comes out in January except for Rocket not being there:

Yeah that's the full lineup. It's like DnA's Guardians mixed with their Annihilators team.

Saladin is on fire. One of the few writers at Marvel right now that seems to know how to write an x-men book (Kelly Thompson is low-key killing it too on Mr. and Mrs. X). Will be copping this one for sure.
Side Note: I thought Al Ewing’s Hulk was horrible after the first issue. I was wrong. That series is fukking crazy.

Immortal Hulk might be my favorite book on the stands right now. Breh... when they cut him into all the pieces and had him in the jars?!?!
