DOOMSDAY CLOCK #8 - Not bad, although i just cant help to shake the feeling this is all unnecessary, and would have been better as a separate event from Watchmen

Abnett's Aquaman run is :wow:

I had read up to The Deluge arc previously and liked it, but I fell behind after that. Decided to read everything from New 52 to now (not because of the movie, but because I wanted to be caught up on both books for Drowned Earth) and it was worth the wait.

Only halfway through, but this could definitely end up being one of my favorite DC runs.

I can't follow Doomsday Clock. I have the first couple of issues but that was over a year ago. I may just cop the trade

Uncanny X-Men #7, X-Force #1 and Superior Spider-Man #1 were all awful.

Fantastic Four #5 and Cloak and Dagger - Negative Exposure #1 were good.

I tried with the Avengers comic, Celestial stuff was bad but the Namor bit was just fantastic, dude gives no fukks anymore, now it's meh again. I'll check out the other stuff.

I don't know, DC is putting out much better quality right now, both stories and art. Even Bendis is writing Superman in a good-ish manner.
DC's stuff seems more focused, and Marvel's is chaotic and convoluted.
I feel the same way. I grew up Marvel but I have a hard time getting into the new stuff like everyone else in this thread. I do like Immortal Hulk, Venom(but I need to catch up), and most of the Star Wars stuff.
