It’s the same for white people. There are almost no poor, undereducated white people in DC. Move somewhere else, and you get exposed to people that you’ve only seen on TV, and it’s a shock.

Anybody know what the deal is with the teen takeovers? Why congregate in an area like that and start fights? They’re definitely going to put more cops in that area, and probably enforce curfews for anyone under 18. The same takeovers were taking place at National Harbor a few months back.
