Would this diet be good for a skinny-ish cat that just wants to lose bf and gain muscle?
I'm not really trying to lose weight (I'm only 150ish), just want to cut my body fat % a little (I'm don't have much muscle tone) and gain some muscle.
at best. Eating like this doesn't really make for a anabolic environment so gaining muscle is hard. Initially though just from working out and with all the fat and protein intake with the diet you may find yourself actually getting the protein you require and gain some muscle while losing fat but that won't be prolonged. To me this is a pure cutting diet so if I were you I would just clean up my eating, get a solid weight lifting template like starting strength, and throw in some HIIT cardio.


I'm 230 and i'm never hungry... I haven't been able to even workout, work is kicking my ass but the scale is moving in the right direction.

like it's a fukking steak. If you make good burgers then you get used to the no bum shyt quick as hell.Creatine on Keto worth it? Will it be effective if I mix it with water? I usually mixed it with some sort of juice, but since you cant have juice on keto idk if its worth it, or is that hustlin backwards?
