Went to fairway after the gym and found these keto friendly cheese wraps and snacks. I cooked up two small chicken breast and 80% lean beef and made burritos
. Also made guacamole which i have to get better at but was still good. Had some chipotle ranch dip on the side plus blackberries,almonds,and cheese crisp snacks. Im fukking full as hell, now its only water until i drink the bulletproof coffee tomorrow a.m b4 the gym

"im not finishing this" but at the end i tore that whole meal up
pause) but im 6'3 260+ and i only had about 400 calories between the coffe and protein plus i fasted a shytload of hours and worked out for 2-3 hrs. Friday ill post a progress pic with my scale
