Good stuff breh:salute:some shyt I learned while taking on my new program for my test cycle, ya should try to squeeze out as many reps as possible on the final set of db shoulder press and similar lifts:ehh:

hitting 165lbs on the bench for easy reps now, two more weeks i should be back up at 2 plates.

we up 25 lbs on the reps for Strict flat bench
and 50 lbs on the max Strict flat bench since august:blessed:

if i go back to benching along my collar bone/above my nipple line i can easily hit 200-210 lbs for reps and 215-225 lbs for max but thats obviously my shoulders and triceps hitting, not my pecs.
