I think one of medvedevs problems is that he hits too consistent of a ball. He needs to vary his shots more than hitting flat +/-15% of his standard pace 75% of his shots (spitballing the numbers)

Needs some more top spin and slice mixed it. He can mitigate some of this weakness of his game with the extreme angles and precision he can hit shots with but it allows opponents to find a rhythm if they can start timing him early enough in matches.

He just missed a forehand down the line that would have cleared the net with top spin but not flat. If he can start tidying some of that stuff up he will really be supremely difficult to beat

His shots are food for a safely aggressive player like FAA right now Daniil is realy one note

I may be wrong but I think Med is still using the T Fight 305 which has a more closed string bed making it less conducive to slice. I bought the racquet and tried it myself. He may have a different variation now but I couldnt slice well at all with it and top spin was doable but tricky

Maybe he should go to a 16x19 bed. The tfight is 18×19
