Someone actually told me they're the only race where if they move to a street, building, neighborhood, etc - the value goes down, literally.

You can get a 3 bedroom condo in those Dixon towers for like 50 grand, before it was over a 100 bands

Nonetheless, still minorities. From what I see the cost of homes are ridiculous for like regular 4 bedrooms. If you copped in 96 you must be eating off that crib right now. I know people who bought houses there 2-3 years ago and they could sell it right now for 200-250 thou more.

My homie wants to cop a townhouse for investment purposes. He's looking at Stoufville which is the most affordable (under half a mill).

Anyone have any specific detail or experience with that area? I see its number 4 on the list but I personally dont know anyone there
